FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Application & Removal FAQs
How do I know if the lens is inside out?
Place the lens on the tip of your finger and look at its shape. If the edges flare out, it’s inside out. If it forms a smooth cup with edges pointing straight up, it’s the correct way. A quick tip: when inside out, the lens often looks more like a shallow bowl with a rim.
What if I drop my lens?
If a lens falls, rinse it thoroughly with fresh solution (never water) before reapplying. If it’s torn, dried out, or dirty, discard it and use a new one to protect your eyes from irritation or infection.
Is it normal to feel the lens at first?
Yes. A slight awareness is common when you first put in your lenses, especially if you’re new to wearing them. This usually fades within minutes as your eyes adjust. If discomfort persists, remove the lens, rinse it with solution, and try again - or replace it if needed.
Can I apply makeup before lenses?
It’s best to insert your lenses before applying makeup. This prevents makeup particles from getting trapped under the lens. When removing makeup, take your lenses out first, then gently cleanse your face.
